Do job seekers have to pay?
No. Browsing, applying, interviewing and clocking in are all free for job seekers. A legitimate employer pays you — they don't charge you.
Does everything have to happen inside LINE?
Most of it can be done in LINE, and you sign in with your LINE account. When you'd rather not, the platform also opens in any browser on a computer or phone.
Can we use the free clock-in without hiring through MatchGlobal?
Yes. Add your existing staff, set your work location, and you can start using clock-in and scheduling without posting a job at all.
Does MatchGlobal check whether an applicant is allowed to work?
No. Job seekers fill in their own residency and work-permit details for the employer to consider. MatchGlobal does not vet them, and confirming eligibility is the employer's responsibility.
