1. Event name and organiser
1.1 Name: the MatchGlobal Christmas invite-friends event ("the Event").
1.2 Organiser: 美集國際資源股份有限公司 Match International Resource (Unified Business No. 60796739, "the Organiser"), 台北市松山區南京東路五段188號6樓之5.
1.3 The Event runs in the MatchGlobal app, a job information platform inside LINE. By taking part you confirm you have read and agree to these rules, the Promotion Terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1.4 The Event has nothing to do with Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor, co-organiser or administrator of the Event.
2. Event period
All times are Taiwan time (UTC+8), as recorded by the Organiser's servers.
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Start | 10 October 2026, 00:00 |
| Invites close | 15 December 2026, 23:59. Friends must reach Lv.5 before this time |
| Confirmation and review | 16 to 24 December 2026. The last 7-day confirmation period ends on 22 December, then the Organiser reviews the winning candidates |
| Draw | 25 December 2026 |
3. Who can take part
Both the inviter and the invited friend must:
- Be a current student at, or a graduate of, a university or college in Taiwan. International and local students and graduates can all take part.
- Be 18 or over when the Event starts.
- Be registered in the MatchGlobal app as a job seeker (student), with only one account per person.
- For the inviter: have their own resume at Lv.5. Only then do the friends they invite count.
Employees of the Organiser, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree may not enter the draw.
4. How to take part and what counts as a successful invite
- Get your personal invite link from the Invite Friends page in the MatchGlobal app.
- Your friend signs up through your link. Sign-ups that did not use your link do not count and cannot be added later.
- During the Event, your friend completes their resume to Lv.5 for the first time. A friend who signed up before the Event also counts if they reach Lv.5 during the Event.
- After passing the automatic checks, the invite is "pending".
- After 7 days, if your friend's account still exists and their resume is still at Lv.5, it is one "successful invite".
The app shows each friend's progress: signed up → filling in resume (Lv.1–4) → Lv.5 (pending) → successful invite.
Lv.5 is a completeness level of the MatchGlobal resume; the standard for each level is what the app shows. Under Promotion Terms 4.5, no reward depends on whether a friend applies for a job, is hired or starts work.
5. Convenience-store gift cards
- For every 5 successful invites you can claim one TWD 100 convenience-store gift card.
- Up to 10 per person (TWD 1,000). Gift cards are limited to TWD 30,000 for the whole Event, while they last. The number left is shown in the app and on the event page.
- Claim in the app. After review, the Organiser sends an electronic gift card by LINE message within 7 working days.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Their validity and use follow the issuing store's rules.
- Each successful invite counts towards both gift cards and draw tickets. Claiming a gift card does not use up tickets.
6. Draw tickets and prizes
6.1 Each successful invite earns 1 draw ticket.
6.2 Tickets are "pending" at first and become confirmed tickets after 7 days and the checks. Only confirmed tickets enter the draw and count on the leaderboard.
6.3 The in-app leaderboard shows the top 10, with names partly hidden (e.g. Nguyen V•••). You can choose not to appear on it in the app; this does not affect your entry.
6.4 Prizes:
| Prize | Item | Winners | Reference value |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | iPhone 18 Pro | 1 | [about TWD 37,000] |
| 2nd | Apple Watch Series 12 | 1 | [about TWD 13,900] |
| 3rd | AirPods 5 | 1 | [about TWD 4,500] |
6.5 Capacity, colour and model are chosen by the Organiser. Pictures are for illustration only, and reference values follow the actual purchase price. If a prize is out of stock or discontinued, the Organiser replaces it with one of equal or higher value.
7. The draw and announcing winners
- Draw date: 25 December 2026. The whole draw is video recorded.
- Before the draw, the event page lists every entrant's number of confirmed tickets (names partly hidden).
- Every confirmed ticket has the same chance, so more tickets mean better chances. The 3rd prize is drawn first and the 1st prize last.
- One prize per person. Once someone wins, their other tickets are left out of the remaining draws.
- The winners (names partly hidden) and the draw video are posted on the event page on 25 December, and winners are told by app notification and LINE message.
- Three reserve winners are also drawn. If a winner is not eligible or does not claim in time, the reserves step in, in order.
8. Claiming a prize
- Winners must reply to the Organiser and complete identity checks within 14 days of the announcement. After that the prize is treated as given up and passes to a reserve.
- For the identity check, show:
- your original ARC (resident certificate) (local citizens: national ID card)
- a valid student ID, or for graduates, your diploma from a university or college in Taiwan
- the name on these documents must match the name on your MatchGlobal account's resume
- Collect the prize in person at the Organiser's address, or have it sent by registered mail to an address in Taiwan. Identity checks come first either way.
- Winners sign a receipt and provide the tax details in section 9.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- The Organiser may cancel a win if the winner is not eligible, their documents do not match the account, or they refuse to give tax details.
9. Tax on prizes
Prizes are "prize income" (機會中獎所得), valued at market price. The Organiser reports and withholds tax under Promotion Terms section 6 and Taiwan tax law.
| Winner | Withholding |
|---|---|
| Resident (in Taiwan 183 days or more that year) | 10% on any single prize worth over TWD 20,000 |
| Non-resident (in Taiwan under 183 days that year) | 20% |
- Who pays the withheld tax: [to be confirmed by our accountant: the Organiser or the winner]
- Winners give their ARC number (or national ID number) and registered or residence address so the Organiser can issue a withholding statement.
- The prize counts as the winner's income for that year, and the winner files their own annual income tax return.
10. Abuse and disqualification
In these cases the Organiser may refuse to count, cancel or take back successful invites, tickets, gift cards and prizes:
- One person opening several accounts, signing up with someone else's identity or phone number, or using fake accounts.
- A phone number or ARC number that matches another account.
- A resume that is untrue, filled with nonsense, or largely copied from other accounts.
- Raising invite numbers with scripts, payments or other improper means.
- An account deleted during the confirmation period, or a resume that drops below Lv.5.
If more than 5 of one inviter's friends reach Lv.5 in a single day, the system holds them for a manual review and counts them once approved. Gift card claimants, the top 10 on the leaderboard and winners are all reviewed by hand, and the Organiser may ask you for an explanation or proof. Where abuse is found later, the Organiser may recover gift cards or prizes already given and act under Promotion Terms section 5.
11. Personal data
- To run the Event (counting invites and tickets, abuse checks, sending gift cards, notifying winners, prize claims and tax), the Organiser uses your MatchGlobal account details, LINE display name, phone number and resume.
- ID details and addresses that winners provide are used only for identity checks, sending prizes and tax. What tax law requires is kept as the law says; the rest is deleted after the Event.
- The leaderboard and the winners list show only partly hidden names and nothing else.
- Everything else follows the MatchGlobal Privacy Policy.
12. Other terms
- Taking part is free.
- The Event does not promise any job. MatchGlobal is a job information platform, and employers alone decide whom they hire.
- International students need a work permit to work part-time, and may work at most 20 hours a week during term; international graduates working in Taiwan must also hold the right work permit. Please follow these rules.
- If a system fault, network problem or force majeure causes wrong records or stops the Event, the Organiser may correct the records or adjust the timetable.
- The Organiser may change the Event or end it early, and will post changes on the event page. Confirmed tickets and gift-card eligibility already earned will not be reduced by a change.
- These rules exist in Chinese, Vietnamese, English and Indonesian. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails.
- These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
