Community Guidelines

These Guidelines are part of the MatchGlobal Terms of Service. We may update them after giving 7 days' notice; where safety or the law requires, we may update them immediately.

Version 1.0 · Effective 8 October 2026Applies to all MatchGlobal users
Every job must show pay
Every job must state its pay, and pay may not be below the statutory minimum wage.
No charging job seekers
Jobs that ask job seekers to pay a deposit or training fee, or to hand over ID documents, bank cards or passwords, may not be posted.
No-shows are recorded
Within any 90-day period, 2 or more no-shows temporarily stop you applying for new jobs, and 4 or more lead to an account review.
You can appeal
If you think an action was a mistake, you can appeal within 14 days, and a person, not an automated system, will review it.

Article 1 Rules for posting jobs

Every job on MatchGlobal must be a real, lawful job in which you are the direct employer.

1.1 Required details: the job title and duties, the work location, the pay and how it is calculated (hourly, daily or monthly), the expected hours or shifts, and any language requirements. Pay may not be below the statutory minimum wage.

1.2 Pay must be shown. Under Article 5 of the Employment Service Act, a job whose regular wage is below TWD 40,000 must disclose its pay or pay range. MatchGlobal requires every job to state its pay.

1.3 No discrimination. A job may not exclude, favour or treat job seekers differently on the basis of race, class, language, ideology, religion, political party, place of origin, place of birth, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, facial features, disability, zodiac sign, blood type or past trade-union membership (Article 5 of the Employment Service Act). A language requirement may be stated only where the work genuinely needs it.

1.4 You may not post:

  1. jobs that require the job seeker to pay, including a deposit, training fee, equipment, uniform or the purchase of goods, or that require them to hand over ID documents, bank cards or passwords;
  2. multi-level marketing, "investment"-type jobs, debt collection, adult entertainment, gambling, or anything unlawful;
  3. listings that are really advertising, recruiting for another company, or a way to collect personal data;
  4. dispatch or agency listings where the actual employer is someone else, unless MatchGlobal has agreed in writing;
  5. work that would make an international student break the law, for example by going over their permitted hours;
  6. listings whose pay or conditions do not match what is actually offered.

1.5 One company, one account. You may post jobs only for your own registered company (unified business number) or its brands and stores.

1.6 Keep jobs up to date. Close a job once it is filled. We may close jobs that appear to be unmanaged, adjust their layout, or change their category.

1.7 How violating jobs are handled: we may hide, edit or remove the job, ask you to correct it, and act under Article 3.

Article 2 Rules everyone must follow

2.1 Be honest. Use your real identity. Keep your profile, résumé, company details and available hours accurate. Do not upload documents that are not your own or that have been altered.

2.2 Respect others. Do not harass, threaten, post hate speech or send sexual messages, and do not pressure anyone to meet somewhere other than a normal workplace or a public place.

2.3 Stay safe. Never ask for or give money, deposits, bank cards, passwords or LINE login verification codes through MatchGlobal. If you see someone doing this, use the report button or email support@matchglobal.co. Our scam alerts can help, but they cannot catch every case.

2.4 Respect other people's personal data. Information about others that you learn on MatchGlobal may be used only for the job it was shared for. Do not screenshot or share other people's documents, pay or messages.

2.5 Show up, or say you can't. If you cannot attend an interview, a first day at work or a shift, cancel in the app or tell the other side as early as you can. Employers should do the same when they cancel an interview or shift.

2.6 The translation bot in LINE groups. Anyone who adds the "美集AI翻譯機" translation bot to a LINE group should tell the group's members that messages will be sent to MatchGlobal and its translation provider to be translated. Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors; do not rely on them without checking when they concern contracts, pay or safety instructions.

2.7 No gaming the system. Do not create extra accounts, fake applications or fake reviews, or try to get around restrictions, verification or suspensions.

Article 3 No-shows, suspensions and appeals

3.1 Attendance reliability record. MatchGlobal records attendance and absence at interviews, first days at work and shifts, and may show employers a reliability level based on it. You can see your own record in the app.

3.2 Absence without notice (no-show). A "no-show" means missing an interview, first day at work or shift that you accepted without cancelling in the app (or telling the employer) at least 6 hours before. Counted over any 90-day period:

Number of no-showsWhat happens
1A reminder, and it is added to your reliability record
2You cannot apply for new jobs for 14 days
3You cannot apply for new jobs for 30 days
4 or moreAccount review; the account may be closed permanently

If you can show that the absence was caused by illness, an accident, a family emergency, a natural disaster or the employer's own fault, that no-show will be removed. Please tell us within 7 days.

3.3 Employers. Employers who repeatedly cancel interviews or shifts at short notice, are reported by workers for unpaid wages, or ignore job seekers' reports will be treated in a similar way: first a warning, then limits on posting or on sending invitations, and finally suspension.

3.4 Types of action, from least to most serious:

  1. a warning;
  2. editing, hiding or removing content;
  3. limiting particular features, such as applying, posting or sending invitations;
  4. suspending the account for a period;
  5. closing the account permanently and refusing new registrations by the same person or company.

We choose the action that fits, based on how serious the problem is, whether it has happened before, and the risk to others. Fake jobs, scams, threats, forged documents and misuse of personal data may lead directly to action 5.

3.5 Appeals. If you think an action was a mistake, reply in the app or email support@matchglobal.co within 14 days. A person (not an automated system) will review it and reply within 7 working days. If we got it wrong, we will reverse the action and correct your record.
